Don’t think there’s much concern for that. They did post on Twitter they were finalizing the financials so I would expect them to be posted any time this week and run into July like a bat out of hell

Here's how I figure it. MVNT last filed an Annual report on 8/20/2021.

16 months from then would be roughly 12/20/2022.

So according to what I quoted, MVNT should remain Pink Limited eligible until Dec. 2022 (also assuming that they verified their profile within the past 12 months, i.e. around Dec. 2021 - OTCMarkets shows their latest profile verified date as 01/2022 - maybe they already knew their fins might be late and that they would have up to Dec. 2022 to remain as Pink Limited as long as their profile was verified in the past 12 months - just my own hypothesis).
