Thanks for the prompt reply and link to that 2012 article. I bought into this (as a lotto play) when it was BTHR, but I think it was out of the pizza business by then.

At first glance it looks like West Shore Pizza (no longer Philly Westshore Pizza) is still open, though apparently no longer controlled by Williams:

The webpage sports a 2022 date at the bottom, and the location finder says there are many Florida locations:

but I notice that there are no reviews of any of the sites via the parent website.

If it's not owned by Williams any more, it doesn't matter.

Whether owned by Williams or not, in 2014, they had trouble with rodents:
