Having formerly operated the United States largest and only REE mine, it only makes sense that they pick up where they left off! Mark Smith also was on the Board of Directors for the Worlds largest niobium mine and brings a lot of experience in that field. Niobium, Scandium, Titanium and REE's!. A winning Quadfecta!
