That's all I'm trying to say. It seems obvious to me, and now to you, yet others seem hell-bent on attacking me for suggesting it.
I believe we will discover the other two entities will be a nonfactor. Can't prove that yet.
Famly, that is a very optimistic viewpoint, and I am heartened by your optimism. Maybe all of the new revelations will be of little consequence. That would be nice. I *am* after all, a shareholder too (again). All I am trying to do is acknowledge the things that are new and affect the development of the technology.
Life, family and investments may bring an assortment of unexpected events or stimuli. Do we stand and cry or do we revaluate our position and move forward in our best decisions.
We will all do things differently, and react differently. Personally, I like to discuss them. This is a discussion board after all. We should all feel welcome to discuss the things related to NVEI that affect our positions or decisions. I don't understand why people are so quick to discourage discussion about a stock in a stock discussion board.
What do you propose a shareholder to do in an effective proactive approach?
I don't have a good answer. We really can't be proactive, because much of the damage is already done. In fact, we generally can't predict what kind of actions the company will take, making being proactive pretty much impossible. We can react, and sometimes the company gets the message. I think that shareholders should demand nothing less that complete honesty and openness from the company.
