However, given the size of the blocks and how quickly it was done. Yes, it "appeared" that one person/group was behind the trades. Given Uncle Tony's MO, I will wait this one out and watch for a sign of things to come.

Knowing how the MMs LOVE to play the OTC markets and given this companies track record; a wise trader is not about to enter this "rabbit hole" without caution.
