But, but, but.....there was an invitation posted right here on Ihub from one of the "informed investors"....it is your fault that you didn't take advantage of the birthday party briefing session! And I am sure they simply forgot to post a recording of the briefing session for all investors to hear after the fact.
I kid of course, that private briefing was nothing more than blatant selective disclosure. I'd like to see that how that is defended in court. No invitation on the Mexus website, in an 8-K, or on any official social media (not that any social media has ever been designated by Mexus as official).
