My statement has already been validated, Alexis C. which is the Chief Financial Officer for YYBZN and
Head of Strategic Initiatives for Upshelf SL stated that Upshelf SL is private. If you can't comprehend a simple screenshot from the a chat board from the Chief at the investment company and Upshelf, that's your problem.

Once again, private companies, which Upshelf SL is private, stated by Alexis C. is not required to report to the SEC, simple as that LOL.

I know you wish this was "made up stuff," but to bad it isn't. HAHAHA.

NO filings has been reported since YYZBCN invested their millions into PLYZ since October 2020.

Last filing was November 2020 saying they would go current. LOL!

Again, Upshelf is not required to file with the SEC.
