This was going up over $1 until the offering came out. The day the offering was announced, it dropped from mid .90s bean to .60s and been going down every since.

As far as I'm concerned, it can go up day by day in small increments and if AEI shares are between 50 cents and $1 then nice news can come and explode to $2 or $3.
