Possibly mid July at the earliest. It took 2 weeks to resolve 2 issues and there are 9 left. I suspect the mid July release will tell us how many have been resolved and how many are left. Don't expect a closing in July. But rest assured that it will happen.

This may be the last opportunity to flip some shares.
