I think its because they don't see it as huge zombywolf. What I mean by that is these people are showing up with a lot of new staff. Not sure if you saw the PR, but they are bringing in new Industry Directors and Advisors. A whole team of them. So your talking about their families and networks buying in on these shares at some point.....imo...I guess they feel its enough to go around..
