Based on the actual document, wouldn't they be filing by 6/24/2022? Which means they should've filed by Friday and we will hopefully see OTC updated this week? I might be wrong but that's how I interpreted it...

Although, it also could have been due on the 19th since JB signed the doc on the 14th and 5 days from that date would be the 19th which coincides with the 'Anticipated Filing Date' info...
