Ali, that's pretty optimistic. How long might I be required to wait to find even one merchant in Berkeley Ca, for instance? 1 year, two years? And wouldn't that merchant only have a defined product.merchandise portfolio? And what if I don't have any use for what that individual merchant sells? Would I have to wait months/years longer to but something in my location?
Or would there suddenly be dozens of merchants in my area? Maybe Amazon/ Walmart? or Target? Or a Pro basketball/Football/Baseball game? Or , perhaps a live music performance? Or some cannabis? or a haircut? Or a LED TV? or some eggs and bananas? Or perhaps an entrance fee to a museum? Or a zoo? Or a purchase of a car?
And what if I simply preferred a bunch of shares?
