When do the malfeasance charges hit DTCC?

All confidence in US markets is toast now. Free and fair? Hah, more like corrupt and manipulated from the core out. Example after example has been exposed in the past 18 months.

The only thing even close to justice will be when the organizational and individual perps are made to pay, and pay dearly.
