That's the problem they can't. Anything they say that they were told has not come true. Which proves my point.
This company lies and is incompetent. Facts are there, look at the last filing to start they did not deliver on the 20th nor anywhere near it and have yet to.
Look thru Reddit and Twitter of all the claims of talking to the company and what they have said. None have come true.
So one or more of these things are true.
#1. No one has gotten a hold of the company and are lying.
#2. They got a hold of the company and the company lied just like their filing to keep people talking and the people are just spreading it.
But they cannot prove it since none of it has come true. And even then people can guess and keep pushing thier point and one day it might come true. But the past shows the truth. And like always history repeats itself.
Not to say that next week or the future they do file all these things and do whats right but the past already has proven their lies
I spoke to the company a couple months ago. They confirmed everything in the previous filings (reverse merger) is still current and they are working on updating older financial statements.
I suggest anyone that wants some information read the SEC filings from the last few years. Everything is in there.
