Let's get this straight. Your post is bullshit.

In January, TMobile publicly said they would terminate employees by April 2.

On April 4, Jerome said he joined POSRMX.

If he had voluntarily left, he would have done so before April 2. Instead, he spent the time between January and April, knowing he was going to get fired, so he accepted his pay and benefits as long a possible, before he got canned.

Again, if he was the Savior, TMobile would have figured out a way to make an exception to keep him.
