Operating efficiencies is what you really want to be monitoring. They're at about 30% now, down from around 35% (the lower the better). It would be best if they could get it down to around 17% (S&P avg), but they will get there as they grow. They have all that new revenue from New Mexico about to hit their Qs and their costs won't change as much. They still only need one CEO and one board, but now it's spread over a larger revenue base.
