Here’s a possible explanation: there are many funds that hold HALO stock. Not all of them have investment policies that would allow them to hold for the home run. So when they have a good gain they look for strength in the stock (like today) to sell, because they usually have a nice chunk of stock and since HALO’s public market is thinly traded, they know the price is going to go down significantly. This is not the first time this has happened and it won’t be the last. At least, for the same reasons, when buying goes on, the price exaggerates on the upside. Just a possible theory.
