No uplist anymore. The reg a will be changed to 10 billion at .0005 to get 5 million, and will not be ready till May 2023.

$VXIT isn't close to qualifying for Nasdaq.

They absolutely won't be anywhere near qualifying in 2022, that's for sure and it's unlikely $VXIT would EVER qualify for Nasdaq.
