WWRL suddenly became Pink Current using a “Form C.”

This may prove to be very significant to those of us holding Expert Stocks.

Apparently a Form C is a way to totally bypass OTC Markets.

It pertains to raising capital via Crowdfunding.

Looks like they are limited to being able to raise a “Maximum Offering Amount of $1,070,000” per year.

I think the Form C costs about $150,000

The great news for those of us already holding shares is those who purchase their shares through Crowdfunding have to hold them for a year.
