All of these perps, including Blum, go back a long way. POTN and the related companies involved were organized as a scam from the start. The excessive convertible debt structure and reliance on (conflicted) sister companies should have been enough for me to stay away. Lesson learned. But I don’t believe any of them are innocent, not even the ones not arrested.
