Did Sergio get caught red handed lying about "Sandbags" and blame shareholders?

Quite a bit of dilution for one.
No I will say it could be for the merger so yes it could be a positive thing.
No more word on the share cancellation which my guess won’t happen if they are diluting.
And lastly it does seem to be taking a long time for this merger which I’m not sure he even has one yet.
