I don’t think you understand what is going on here. The banks/ institutions are the ones manipulating the pps. They take it down and buy it back up. They make money on this stock as it goes down and make money when they release the selling pressure and the pps goes back up. They will keep doing this until they can’t hold the pps down any longer.
