Except he didn’t say JUST that, “I simply became confused”. Fact is the rest of Sullivan’s statement was omitted, I don’t know why.

Again, here’s what Sullivan said in FULL, not just part of it:

I, John Sullivan, am over the age of eighteen and if called as a witness would competently testify based on personal knowledge (except where stated) to the following facts:
1. I am counsel of record for plaintiff, cross-defendant and cross complainant, Bradley M. Listermann ("Listermann") in this proceeding.
2.This declaration is in response to the court's order to show cause why I did not appear at the last status conference on April 27, 2022.
3. I simply became confused with the dates, as I thought the status conference was on the same day as my motions to compel discovery responses.
4. I realized later in the day April 27, 2022 that I had missed the hearing.
5. I apologize to the court and the other litigants for the oversight and will accept any reasonable sanction.

BUT what I wonder is why so much concentration on JUNE 28 when Mickey hasn't gotten ASTA out of EM /CE status...

Which has been PROMISED for MONTHS and MONTHS...... AND MONTHS.....

THAT is the issue, not a stupid lawsuit that has nothing to do with FILINGS getting done......UFB
