This stock only benefits Rachel Cook, the real estate agent who is owed millions and has been converting interest with no signs the debt is considerably being paid down. She is the listing agent for all the homes too. She dilutes us and gets a commission for it. And of course the name change fail. A name change is so basic in the OTC. The fact they still haven't done it makes me believe this is a scam to line pockets. I'm sure if this garbage goes to .0001, they will quickly figure out how to reverse split. No way Rachel doesn't get paid.
