Currier oversaw the merger of ILUS. At its peak, ILUS had a $600m market cap. Even now it has a $100m MC. To say CC hasn’t performed a real merger is ridiculous. BTW, $100m to $600m MC would put ILST between .05 and .3.
Further, people know about Currier’s history. When news drops this stock will fly just like OWUV did when it went up 30x in a month based on nothing. That’s why people follow Currier.
This is just dying a slow death here. All that ground lost now. Even if it's a half decent merger, it will be struggling to regain lost territory. We may never see a penny again.
