The thing that has fundamentally changed is confidence in management to execute a plan. Buffet is Buffet. BAM management is BAM management. Ham just showed us she cannot produce a viable company after she promises one.
And, I am assuming you understand the math of dilution relative to what revenue is required to get back to the prior share price now with LOTS MORE shares out there. Berk and BAM did not dilute. Ham did. You now need A LOT more execution to get to the same S/P. And Ham just showed us she cannot execute a plan.
