To me it's bottom line. Would you set sail in your yacht if the sea had a storm going on? Or would you wait until it's clear to set sail?

I contend that a good sailor would set sail if they saw the storm breaking and they saw on the radar screen the storm was subsiding.

UBQU investors only see the storm out there now. Let some rays of sunlight start shining through the clouds and most will jump in the sea with both feet.
