Question - I did not read anywhere as to him agreeing to cooperate and turn evidence against CV or any others that were indicted in this case?

Also, I noticed that the individual who filed the form on the SOS of Colorado to change the company Name is none other than Conspirator # 3 Mr Dennis Ruggieri (not sure I am spelling the name correctly). Any ideas how this can be possible to be allowed or is he no longer being charged?
