Powell stated he was willing to continue to increase the feds rate to curb inflation this is reminiscent of the carter years when I bought my first house @16% that does not bode well when the average home cost is above 200000 oh well some are JUST destined to sleep under viaducts me I would rather be the ant than freeze with the grasshoppers. ALL great ideas come from necessity and history is a true teacher. GLTA
