exactly excellent points on TXTM... filings will tell the whole story, but my guess you wont see them , IF YOU DO SEE THEM it will many months down the road and TXTM will be at .00's then play it again

PARENT - RSAMMD (Has all the assets)
RM TARGET - TXTM

The transfer to TXTM will happen real soon.
