Are there any time regulations once VYOME announces?

ex.That they need to be moved into the shell with their intellectual
properties or can they just make a declarative statement that
we are VYOME, we will be trading under a new ticker soon, and
additional news/info will be forthcoming?

how expansive do you think the PR can or will be?
