Erfran, there's no remaining dilutive overhang in play. The only debt holder is Canouse and he's been wrapped up in court since 2019 so I'm sure new mgmt was more than well aware of every single financing instrument the old CEO used when he was at the helm here prior to them taking TXTM over:)
