I'm referring to Donald Goree, you know the CEO (not Frank) and a real law binding SEC document. This is legit IMO. You can see who has signed as CEO on the SEC document and on Page 18 of the OTC document. Can you imagine a knowingly false documentation and what kind of jail time there would be? This is Legit IMO
