It would be easy for anyone to do the same thing as the Fawry scam. Create a Twitter account called AvaLabs USA (or whatever). Tweet something professional looking about ILST and dump your shares 20 minutes later. What evidence do you have that CC did it? Nothing.
Here’s the evidence that she didn’t do it: CC will undoubtedly make millions selling shells, filing company’s financials and advising distressed OTC companies. Why risk that by doing something obvious and illegal? If she wanted to make fast and illegal money she could easily just do insider trading and have someone buy for her right before she sends out tweets. Or, better yet, just frontload shares of companies that she knows are going to become custodianships. There’d be no reason for her to be involved in a scam that is guaranteed to attract the SEC’s attention.
By the way, libel is a real thing.
