do we real shareholders have a claim to ownership right to property in Malibu, CA??

Unless one can prove "fraud", good luck! Everything else here with Vystar will go down as "poor" management. Yes, the EMA is in play and will likely have interest with the history. Especially the misleading claims related to the RX units IMO.

Here's the good news, given what I've seen here, I'm betting there is ONE or two who is looking over their shoulder.
