The "T" is the Drunken Fairy. Fairies are a big part of Chinese folklore and tales.

If you do a Google pic search for "Chinese Drunken Fairy Logo", the 15th pic is of Kweichou and a link to an article that was posted on Fortune in 2018(possibly here too). Kweichou is the highest valued Chinese company, not sure which market they are trading on. Kweichou's premier product is titled "Flying fairy." The article details how the liquor is running out (2018).. Which is a good thing for us (if its still running out)..
