I would go with #1.....
Larry and Kenny and Vanguard, Fidelity own this country but there are certain lines that can't be crossed even by them ......I suspect there are some people that I will not name where the above mentioned are banned from going....
and that's more than an opinion.....the stuff that is being pulled today makes the mafia look like boy scouts and that's a fact
