I well remember selling shares in the $27-$29 range after the LIVE-AIR topline data, and I have one open sell order in place just above that now. But I, for some reason, never thought to factor in dilution since that time.
I'll be watching what Bistricer and the company does at that price level. I can understand them either taking some profit, or selling into the ATM at those levels. Buy how much? Will they show any resolve to continue holding shares in the $30 range?
I don't want that to be the end of the line for us. I hope we see them continue to hold shares in anticipation of our pipeline development and government stockpiles, which could produce annual sells in the billions for us.
