Because 99% of their PRs are all forward-looking nonsense. They almost never commit to anything, and almost never deliver on anything.

The PR yesterday talks about "pilot production" (as if that is something new), but there was "pilot production" back in Jan 2013 (over 9 years ago):

Kim Thompson is an attorney. He has a family. He spent 14 years and long days bringing KBLB to life and making it successful, and you think he is lying to the public? The KBLB PR's are public record and some of them involve SEC documents. What you are saying regarding KBLB is total horse dust at the very least.

I can’t defend 2013-2014. Did you notice the gap? Jon Rice came and they got the Army contract in 2016. In 2018, they gained access to Vietnam. That Army contract also resulted in the relationship with Polartec then which didn’t get announced until 2019. They have been making progress the whole way since Jon Rice came on. Ken Le is the lynchpin in Vietnam. .. ever heard of forward looking statements? There are disclaimers for them. The science project is about to be fully realized. Don’t be fooled about that.

If you know how to work the system you can walk right up the edge without going over it. Professionals know what they are doing, and how to manipulate for their own goals, or those of others.
