There will obviously be many more shares issued with the equity portion of the overall financing. How many shares is the big question.

This has always confused me…When you they say $NIOCORP will be $8.74 per share does that mean when they are in production that’s what the share price will be at?

That’s great PC!! — and when we factor in the “Rare Earth Element” calculations — we can probably add ($6-$8us) to your current ‘After-Tax Net Present Value: $8.74 per share US.
I believe that is a fair assumption — (in my humble opinion…)
