dude, are you serious? do you see the pps that those shares were issued? .09 and .02 and .01 and .06. and the total number is like 125 mil or so total at those multi-penny prices all the way from .01 to .10. read again.

the gist of what you just posted says that ecox is headed to multiple pennies from here imo.

yeah, and no one has that much incentive to convert other than to get "some" of their $ back as it's all mostly still underwater at those prices
