The .02 share price is face value. And the decline in share price over the past 7 years does not bode well for Ehrlich's leadership. His blunders are well documented, as are his failures. It seems he is now moving in another direction but he has done nothing to warrant having an faith in his decisions. This "company" is essentially one person and that person has done nothing to enhance shareholder value. He doesn't respond to shareholder inquiries, only holds a shareholder meeting when he wants more shares - what kind of sorry leader is he? His stepping aside would not hurt the stock price and may be a nice step towards instilling shareholder confidence.
