Seabiscuit, those "confirmations" are flimsy reeds, indeed :
1) ADC : I assume what you mean by "confirmation" is that the ckys logo is on the website. Would you agree that it is a quantum leap to the conclusion that "therefore ckys has a $25m contract with government agencies"? Do you think that the SEC was simply not provided this exculpatory web hyperlink by JP?
2) DOD Emall : Please. Pay a fee. Get listed. Come on, Seabiscuit, an "emall" presence as "confirmation"?
3) Known shareholder purchases of product : Yep. That is definitely confirmation that flash storage devices can be purchased from ckys.
4) "presumed public consumer purchases of products as a result of extensive advertising / marketing campaigns" : Again, Seabiscuit, you can't use the words "confirmation" and "presumed" in the same sentence. Jeesh.
Why is it so very difficult to focus in on the very narrow issue that forms the basis for the SEC's killing this thing? The SEC asked for proof of contract. JP couldn't provide. Indeed, JP KNEW he WOULD BE SUSPENDED, EFFECTIVELY KILLING HIS CHANCE TO EVER TRADE AGAIN (outside of the greys), IF HE DIDN'T PROVIDE PROOF OF CONTRACT. And of course, he didnt' because he couldn't.
It is just plain silly to say that the ADC website is confirmation and is a harbinger of vindication. THE DENIAL IN THESE POSTS are the unbridled desperation of those refusing to believe they've been deceived and have lost money as a result.
