There is no need for spin here. Lies, broken promises, dilution. It's a cycle that nearly everyone sees. Even if they did decide to start running the company the way it should be run, that just means they decided to stop scamming people. There is no doubt that it has been a scam for years and has cost investors millions. You guys are hoping they start doing right by investors, which is fine, but does not change the distant and recent history.
