Govprs, supposedly shareholder have to vote to approve the merger, however, I haven't seen any information regarding the vote. The merger will be discussed at the upcoming conference call on Thursday, June 23, 2022, 4:30 pm ET. Ideanomics is soliciting questions ahead of the conference call per the following instructions: "Starting June 17 at 7:00 pm ET, investors who are holders of Ideanomics or VIA Motors stock can submit questions to management.
