Where was a merger posted? Explain exactly what Rsammd is going to do with 8B $TXTM shares? Time for a little education. Prior to the PR, Rsammd shareholders had x value. If this is a merge as you are guessing, their value now is x/8,000,000,000. If you understand math, x by itself is much greater than x/8,000,000,000. For the x/8,000,000,000 to have a greater value than x, they would have to get something from $TXTM to offset it. There are no assets or revenue to speak of at $TXTM. There is only the tech they have that Rsammd wants to use. That tech so far has done nothing for $TXTM, so it's value is dubious. BTW, did you notice they didn't say anything about a share exchange?? Some small details are always missed during blind pumping.
