Now that the week is over, I can slow down and do some DD. PLPL clearly says in their last updated filing this stock is a shell. see below:
They even go further and tells us there are no operations and they have no subsidiaries, parents or affiliated company....they are putting it all out there that this is just a shell. This is not a bad thing and they continue on saying they are looking for a merger candidate.
Only 5 days later after this filing (I repeat just 5 days after the filing on May 19, 2022)..... on May 23, 2022, PLPL dropped a PR saying Taiwanese Company "Puriblood" is the potential Merger Candidate. Freaking Huge!!! With all this said, it still remains a mystery why TX*TM updated their verified profile including Plandai Biotechnology.....as I keep saying....this las PLPL Puriblood pr is so huge and so strong even if TX*TM is not involved this can run big on the Taiwanese Puriblood Merger!!!
