As a rule from what I understand market makers don't own their own shares and manipulate the market they're sort of like brokerage house and I assume it is their job to fill their clients have or sell it's their job to initiate thier clients orders. When Kona cold added more shares and deluded I'm just guessing CFGN might have been responsible for selling them into the market .
