#112283 RE: carusso #112282

I see that you have been formally introduced to Jason Remillard. They are cashing in those shares to pay for Centurion and for Jason to start cashing out his series a preferred shares in my opinion. They need volume like today, not price. They have all the shares they want to print to pay for the latest failed product acquisition. He has done this to 3 separate groups of shareholders in less than 3 years now between reverse splits. Remember the Jason from Friday the 13th? sort of like that LOL. Jason issued 807,663 shares immediately after the Q1 filing. He split this last time at 1 million outstanding shares. Don't think for a moment that after he once again trashes the share structure that he won't do it again.
