To tell you the truth, I was having a hard time believing that people

had talked to venkat in the past. And let me state that is entirely on
me because I’m skeptical of financial message boards. But, I’ve
chatted on here and a couple times with gg and believed him..
but I guess my point I thought maybe venkat was providing some
form of lip service. How many times has a mb poster reached out
to a penny stock CEO and got either the run around or totally lied
to.

THUS, this series of events has me back on board and buying a
little-that I can. He demonstrated his word and delivered in a timely
fashion. Kudos to him. This gives a legitimacy to this stock that very
few otc stocks do. Hell, he could be the next tazer like ceo from. .20-
10.00 Who knows. But, his action just sits right with me.

AS STATED BEFORE, he has to establish the shell and stock in order
to pay the board=options and in essence pay the institutions willing
to back phase 3. He can’t wait on that. He must establish this before
the mentioned above issues can take place.

Going public allows him the opportunity to become filthy rich by
just guiding the ship,nand without a dime out of his pocket. Providing
he moves vyom into the shell per filings and pr, changes the ticker,
Establishes a board, provides options and preferred shares for backers,
Then allows hedges,and retail investors a piece of the pie.

It starts with the entering the shell with vyoms assets. So, this backlog
of issues must be done in order For him to capitalize. Imho he gotta
get going soon so he can take the ticker VYOM and it’s pipeline to
investor presentations. Imho, he can’t wait 6 months- a year…
Why-because that will delay phase 3 for another year plus. Gotta
capitalize on a market segment or lose out to other drugs. Eat
or get eatin- main point-he has to have a PUBLIC trading company,
with stock and options to get institutions to underwrite phase 3.
No stock, no phase 3 trial…He gotta move sooner than later
